Non-Disclosure Statement

I,
of , as a condition of my discussion for services/opportunities with LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC (“LGS”), make the following statement relating to the non-disclosure of information.

I understand that in the normal course of its business discussion with the undersigned, LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC provides detail information to the undersigned; for example, about the internal network infrastructure, customers, and development plans of those of its understructure and working of same.

I understand that such information is provided by LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC for the purpose of enabling the undersigned to properly evaluate it’s system and the value of same to the undersigned; for example, through evaluating requests for business and trademark resources and registering allocations and assignments of those resources in accordance with its policies.

Further, I understand that an LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC providing information to Undersigned and consider much of that information to be of a confidential nature and that unauthorized disclosure of that confidential information to the public or its competitors could be harmful to the business of the LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC or its customers.

Further, I understand that certain information about LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC itself, including information relating to financial, legal, technical, operational, and strategic matters, may also be considered by LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC to be confidential.

Therefore, I agree that if, in the course of my evaluation or contract at LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC and for a period of twelve month thereafter, for which I receive information about an LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC using LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC services, about a customer-system or like confidential information of an LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC using LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC services, or about LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC itself; and that information is specifically designated as confidential information, or may reasonably be considered to be confidential information, then I will take all reasonable care not to disclose such information to any party outside LGS GROUP/LGS CONSULTING, LLC either during the term of my evaluation or contract, or subsequently thereafter.

This agreement will not apply to information that: is provided for the specific purpose of registration on a public database; is specifically authorized by the relevant LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC for disclosure; is disclosed by the relevant LGS Group/LGS Consulting, LLC to another party without restriction; enters the domain of common industry knowledge through other means beyond my control.

Further, this agreement will not apply to a specific disclosure of information which is required by a court order.
